Before Council Cam can launch, your computer may need to install
Apple's QuickTime. If this plug-in is not on your computer,
you will be prompted to install it. You will only need to do this once and
shouldn't cause any system problems after installation. Please
make sure your sound is turned on to hear the meeting.
